The Natural History Museum of the University of Pisa has promoted a six-year program (2017-2022) by creating new rooms and reorganizing the displays dedicated to mammals. The intention is to make visitors aware of the theme of biodiversity and to inform them about the numerous species at risk of extinction. The installations have a great visual and emotional impact, involving the public and making them aware of the importance of protecting biodiversity.
