How difficult it is to understand each other

Abstract

Verbal and non-verbal communication is a very complex activity that can lead to incomprehension, difficulties in interactions,  misunderstandings, and sometimes even irritability, anxiety, anger, and estrangement. Knowing how to communicate, enriching one's vocabulary, recognizing the various communication styles and the barriers that can impair understanding and alter interpersonal relationships are skills that need to be built upon and constantly enhanced and enriched.
